Our courier personally picks up your shipment – whether at your company premises, at the airport, or at any other location you specify. During pickup, they document the condition of your goods and provide confirmation of receipt.

During the flight, your shipment either remains with the courier as carry-on baggage in the cabin, or for larger items, is checked as priority baggage – in which case our courier is first at the baggage carousel to collect your goods. Throughout the entire journey, you receive regular status updates covering departure, any stopovers, and arrival information.

At the destination, our courier handles customs clearance (when required) and delivers your shipment directly to the recipient – with no detours through warehouses or distribution centers. The handover is completed personally against receipt, and you receive confirmation of successful delivery.
